Snapping, another trap
I remember when Conway/Siegelman’s book Snapping came out, and noted the remarkable fact at the time that E.J. Gold had, at around that time, or before, a ‘theme’ of the Snap. The latter was another brand of his vicious approach to students, tormenting them until they snap, and then blasting them for spiritual disobedience.
The title of the later book was ill-advised, and, I have always wondered, a joke played on the deprogrammers by this sufi-sadist.
